New Year

In winter, even in such a charming holiday as the New Year, you are very sad in the hot summer. And if on your holiday table a beautiful sunflower will bloom, it will add warmth and joy of New Year's night, and its taste will not leave anyone indifferent.

Necessary ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - 250 g.
  • Cheese( any hard to taste) - 150 g.
  • Marinated mushrooms( mushrooms or honey) - 150 g.
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Olives - about 1/3 cans
  • Chips - 1 package( better with cheese flavor)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mayonnaise - 250 g.

Preparation process:

Step 1. Prepare chicken fillet( clean from the film, mine) and cook until ready for 30 minutes in salted water. Do not overdo it, so that the fillet is not too dry.

Step 2. Boiled fillet studio, and a mode with small cubes and spread on a dish in equal even layer.

Step 3. A layer of boiled chicken is roasted with mayonnaise, but not too abundant.

Step 4. The mushroom is not too small, but if it's small, then do not crumble at all. And lay out the next layer. From above, too, do not cover tightly with mayonnaise.

Step 5. Boiled chilled eggs are clean and separate egg yolk and protein. Protein tremose to a large grater and lay out the next layer. And again we lightly lubricate with mayonnaise.

Step 6. A large grater of three and cheese, which will form the next layer of our salad, and also cover the mayonnaise grid.

Step 7. In small grater, we grind the yolks and lay a layer that is also covered with mayonnaise. Align our salad so that it looks like a flower midway, and a mesh of mayonnaise is made on this layer especially neatly, so that each cell of the netting contains 1 olive.

Malachite Bracelet Salad

This is a stunningly tasty and beautiful salad that will decorate any table. It can be made with meat components and seafood.

The salad will be sour, but it's light enough, which is extremely important given the diversity and richness of the New Year's table. Therefore, we will offer seafood products, and if you do not, then replace them with any, not very fat, meat.

Necessary ingredients:

  • Seafood( shrimp, squid) - 800 gr.
  • Eggs Chicken - 4 pcs.
  • Carrots - 150 g.
  • Cheese hard - 150 g.
  • Apples - 150 g.(any sour-sweet variety)
  • Kiwi - 250 g.
  • Garlic - 2 teeth( small)
  • Mayonnaise - 100 g.
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tsp.

Process of preparation:

Step 1. We make eggs, carrots and seafood. Lower the latter in boiling water for a few minutes, no more so that they do not become rubbery. And let these ingredients cool down.

Step 2. Take a great dish, put a glass in the middle to get the shape of the bracelet in the end, and begin to lay the layers.

Step 3. Cut a cube of shrimp, and squid with a straw and gently lay the layer on the dish( seafood must be enough for two dense layers).Three on a large grate boiled carrots and put the next layer( it should also be enough for several layers), we overpack mayonnaise.

Step 4. Put two whole eggs and two proteins on a large grater, and leave two yolks to decorate the salad. Apples are clean and cut with a small cube, sprinkle with lemon juice and spread it on a dish with another layer.

Step 5. Spread another layer of seafood. We clean two kiwi and also cut cubes, we lay out on the seafood. And from the top do small stripes or a grid of mayonnaise.

Step 6. Rub on a large grater of cheese and mix it with garlic( you can squeeze it, you can rub it or finely chop), add some mayonnaise, mix and lay the layer.

Step 7. Put the remaining grated carrots, lubricate richly with mayonnaise and proceed to the decoration.

Step 8. The kiwi remain clean and cut with thin slices, which we cut in half and spread out with a beautiful rim above the opening and bottom on the edge. Put two yolks on a fine grater and sprinkle the space between kiwi.

Delicious, delicate salad is ready. It is advisable to put it for a couple of hours in the fridge before serving.

Salad "Freshness"

Very simple but very tasty salad. In winter, you want to feel a little breath of spring and this salad will help us in this. In addition, it is very easy and for those who even on holidays to take care of the figure and health, will surely taste.

Necessary ingredients:

  • Avocado - 2 pcs.(make sure you choose ripe, they should be soft to the touch, this will give the salad the desired oily pleasant taste)
  • Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.(if large)
  • Salad leaves - bunch of
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Boneless olives - 1 jar
  • Dill - bunch
  • Olive oil - 1,5 tbsp.l
  • Salt - to taste

Process of preparation:

Step 1. We brew the eggs and cut the middle cube.

Step 2. Clean the avocado from the skin, remove the stone and grind it with a cube.

Step 3. Cucumbers we wash and also cut into cubes.

Cooking Process:

"Pomegranate bracelet" salad

A nice and delicious dish, just what is needed for the New Year's table. The pomegranate of many nations is associated with wealth and love. Therefore, the dish with him will be very symbolic on a fabulous night.

Necessary ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet( smoked) - 350 g.
  • Potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
  • Carrots - 2-3 pcs.
  • Beetroot - 2-3 pcs.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Eggs Chicken - 4 pcs.
  • Pomegranate - 2 pcs.
  • Polished Walnuts - 1 tbsp.
  • Garlic - 2 teeth
  • Mayonnaise - 200 g.
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons.l
  • Salt - according to taste

Process of preparation:

Step 1. We make beets, potatoes, carrots and eggs. We set to room temperature.

Step 2. All boiled ingredients are clean, rubbed on a large grater and spread out in different containers.

Step 3. We make chicken fillet. Let's cool a little, and we disassemble the fibers. In a frying pan we pour oil. We shall clean the onion, a mode of a small cube and fry. When the onion becomes slightly golden, we put the chicken fiber to it and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Attention! If you decide to take a smoked fillet, then we simply disassemble it into fibers and do not heat it. We will also not need the onions in this version.

Step 4. Walnut kernels and fry a little with a knife.

Step 5. Clean the garlic and squeeze it into mayonnaise, mix.

Step 6. Take the dish on which we will serve salad, put a glass in the middle and start to lay out layers:

  • Potato, which is lubricated from the top with mayonnaise;
  • Half the prepared beets, we also lubricate with mayonnaise;
  • Carrot and mayonnaise;
  • Nuts;
  • Half the chicken and mayonnaise obtained;
  • Eggs and mayonnaise;
  • Cast the rest of the chicken and lubricate with mayonnaise;
  • Beet is left and we also lubricate mayonnaise;
  • Pomegranate grains( they should be distributed throughout the salad and do not forget to decorate the interior, having previously taken the glass).

Step 7. Set the salad for an hour or two in the refrigerator. The table is served cold before the arrival of guests. Believe me, until the middle of the festive night, you will only have a plate of salad.
