Causes of Infection by
There are a lot of reasons why a pet can get infected. The main and most widespread - contact with a sick animal. Do not forget that a person can put a tick on himself. A cat can pick up a disease after communicating with someone else's cats or dogs. Pupils who are in unsanitary conditions, undertake vitamins and minerals are also susceptible to the disease. High-risk groups include old cats, animals with similar skin diseases, poorly managed pupils, and pets with impaired immunity.
Symptoms of subcutaneous mite
First of all, on the skin of the pet there are pustular rashes, there is a splitting of the skin, its irritation, resulting in a cat experiencing discomfort and itching and begins to constantly itch. In areas affected by rashes, begins to lace the coat, forming small bumps. If these symptoms are not dangerous to humans, the appearance of a dandelion pet may have negative consequences for the host who has been in contact with diseased animals. With the progression of the disease and the lack of treatment, the cat becomes sluggish, the wool fails and falls out. At the same time, the skin becomes nacreous and unevenly covered with purulent vials. This is due to the fact that the mite leaves the products of its life under the skin, making new moves. A peculiar detection of a tick, a method that makes it possible to verify exactly in demodex, is compression of the fold of the skin from all sides in a place with a pearl tint. If, as a result, a mite with 4 cliches and a long narrow body can be seen, it must be pulled out. And the cat is immediately delivered to the veterinary clinic.
After the determination of a specific type of tick is applied by a stroke, an individual treatment, including injections, vitamins, drops, mucus, is prescribed. It is also recommended to redeem a pet using a special shampoo against dermatitis. After bathing, apply the usual oil( linen, olive) to the affected areas. Wait until the oil is completely absorbed - about 6 hours. Be sure to ensure that the pet does not lick the affected areas of the skin. Already after drying the oil should be treated with the skin of a pet preparations, which was prescribed by the veterinarian. It can be like an ointment: amidel-gel, safdermeum, cytioate, amitrazine;both different rasters or drugs purchased in the pharmacy for people, for example, sulfuric ointment. In addition, you should give your pet vitamins and immune-enhancing drugs. It is necessary to feed the pupil with balanced food, to give mineral water, so that the cat as soon as possible regains its strength.
